Meet the Host

Patrick PachecoPatrick Pacheco, Executive Vice President, Trust Executive, has more than 25 years’ experience in wealth management, in addition to the designing and implementation of tax and related planning strategies.

Pacheco’s background includes years of legal practice and multiple degrees, including an LLM* Taxation from University of Houston, a JD from Southern Methodist University, and both an MBA and BS in Economics from University of Texas at Arlington.

He is also board certified in Estate Planning and Probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Meet the Speaker

Ross L. VaughanRoss L. Vaughan, EVP, Commercial & Industrial Lending in Houston and San Antonio Market President for Cadence Bank, has over 30 years of lending experience across a wide spectrum of industries, businesses and with diverse management teams. Prior to his role at Cadence Bank, Vaughan owned and operated a private business in the kitchen and bath industry for 9 years until its sale. Prior to private business, Vaughan worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in several capacities on the loan and securities side. He is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin with a BBA in Finance.

Vaughan has participated with many charitable organizations and has served and observed on several Boards of Directors.
