Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council

 

The Cadence Bank Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council is a multi-cultural group of associates from varying levels and departments within the organization, nominated by management and their peers. Led by our Chief Diversity Officer, Myra Caldwell, the council will abide by our three pillars:

 

  • Embrace We: Actively build upon and enhance an inclusive environment where diversity, equity and inclusion are an integral part of how we operate everyday
  • Thriving Talent: Recruit, retain, cultivate and sustain a diverse workforce through education, understanding and involvement
