Important details about the new platform

Homeowners who are set up for recurring ACH drafted by Cadence Bank-Association Services will seamlessly transfer to recurring E-check.

Homeowners who are set up for recurring or one-time credit card payments through ProPay/Cadence Bank-Association Services will need to re-enroll through the new platform effective 6/24/2024 (or once their management company or self-managed association transitions to the new platform. ProPay will be unavailable as of 06/19/2024 for all homeowners.

Homeowners will no longer be able to make payments at local Cadence Bank branches and should use an alternative payment method.

Are you a Homeowner trying to make a payment?

Select the "Make a Quick Payment" button to make a one-time payment, or you can register for secure access to the website. Registration is required to set up a recurring payment. To register, please follow these procedures:

  1. Navigate to your payment portal (If you need help locating your payment portal URL, please reach out to [email protected] or call toll-free at 877-329-1415).
  2. Click SIGN IN at the upper right corner of this window.
  3. Input your property information into the form.
  4. Your registration request will be reviewed by our management office.
  5. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email (from [email protected]) with a link to set your password for your new login ID.
  6. Check your Junk Mail frequently if you have filters that may prevent this email from reaching your inbox.
  7. Access the email and password link to reset your password as soon as possible, as it will expire within 5 days of the date of the email.
  8. If you miss the 5-day deadline, return to your payment portal and click “Forgot Password”. A new password link will be emailed to you, which will also expire within 5 days. Please note that anytime you request a new password, the one in previous emails will be voided.
  9. Once you reset your password, you may log in using your email address and your new password.

NOTE: If you have an additional property in the community, once approved and registered for your first property, log into the website, click on the Account Info dropdown, choose My Profile and scroll to the bottom to Register an Additional Property. Once your additional property registration is verified and approved, you can toggle between the properties from your My Profile page.
