How to Access Our New Business Rewards Website

Follow these simple steps to access the Business Credit Card Rewards site.

  • Visit Cadence Bank Business Card Account Access (CentreSuite.com). If you are already registered, enter your credentials and select the Log On button.
  • If you are not registered, select Not Registered? located on the right side of the screen.
  • To Register:
    • If you are an individual cardholder, you will need your Account Number.
    • If you are the company administrator, you will need your Corporate Account Number which can be found on your billing statement.
  • Complete the Self Registration.
  • Once registered online, select the Rewards link to access the Business Credit Card Rewards website.
  • Enjoy your new Business Credit Card Rewards experience.

Q: Will I receive a new credit card in the mail?
A: No. You will not receive a new credit card in the mail. You will continue to use your current Cadence Business Credit Card to earn rewards points.


Q: Will my credit card number change?
A: No. Your Cadence Business Credit Card number will remain the same. You will not receive a new credit card number.

 

Q: Will I still be able to call the same phone number for support?
A: The main Credit Card Customer Service phone number will remain the same, 1-800-844-2723. However, the Credit Card Rewards Redemption phone number is 1-800-381-9047.


Q: How will I access my credit card rewards?
A: You will access your Business Credit Card Rewards at Business Credit Card Account Platform (CentreSuite.com).


Q: Will I need to set up a new username and password?
A: If you are currently enrolled in CentreSuite, you will automatically be logged in with your current account information. If you are not registered, you will need to register and set up a username and password for your account.
