Whether you are setting up direct deposit for your paycheck, authorizing an automatic bill payment, or initiating a wire transfer, having your correct Cadence Bank routing and account number is essential. The following guide details the quickest and most accurate ways to find your specific banking details.

Method 1: Online & Mobile Banking (Recommended)

  1. Log in to the Cadence Bank mobile app or online banking portal.
  2. Select the Account for which you need the numbers. Look for a tab or button labeled "Details.”
  3. Locate the Account Number field. It is often masked for security (e.g., ******1234). Click "Show Full Account Number" to reveal the full number.
  4. Your Routing Number will be listed in this same section below the account number.

Method 2: Using a Personal Check

If you have a physical checkbook, the numbers are printed at the bottom of every check.

  • Routing Number: The first set of 9 numbers on the bottom left (enclosed by |: symbols).
  • Account Number: The second set of numbers (usually 8-12 digits) immediately following the routing number.
  • Check Number: The short set of numbers at the far right (do not use this for direct deposit or transfers).
