As part of Cadence Bank’s Middle Market lending team, Willman collaborates with business owners and executive management teams to create innovative capital solutions. A long-time resident of the Orlando Metro area, Willman’s previous experience includes commercial lending and credit analysis for BBVA USA, First GREEN Bank and Wells Fargo. Throughout his 15 years in banking, his expertise has included a variety of industries, including manufacturing, educational entities and non-profit organizations. He began his career at Hancock Bank after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. Willman is an active member of the Coastal Conservation Association of Florida and is an active volunteer in his community.
