Fredericks has more than 30 years of corporate and commercial banking experience and is currently a managing director for Cadence Bank in Florida. She began her career with Bank of America in Chicago as a Custody Services Administrator, responsible for the bank’s largest custody relationship. After earning her MBA, Fredericks started as an Analyst with The Bank of Nova Scotia, where she worked for several months in the credit department in Toronto, Canada; she was promoted to Director and was responsible for a large portfolio of primarily Fortune 500 companies. She began her career in Florida at Wells Fargo (via Wachovia Bank and SouthTrust Bank) as a Commercial Banking RM handling a large portfolio of middle-market relationships. She holds an MBA from DePaul University, a BS from Valparaiso University, and is a board member for Children’s Home Network.
