After graduating from the University of Florida, Holl began his career in Bank OZK’s training program before joining Cadence Bank. He held positions as a credit analyst and portfolio manager before becoming a relationship manager.

Throughout his ten years in banking, Holl has worked directly with management teams and financial sponsors across various industries, including transportation and logistics, real estate investment trusts (REITs), fund financing and manufacturing.

Holl is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), a graduate of the Tampa Connection program, and is currently pursuing a weekend MBA at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
