Vanden Noort is a vice president in corporate banking and has nearly a decade of experience in the financial industry. He began his career at Deutsche Bank in Leveraged Finance, where he focused on Ratings Advisory. In this role, he provided guidance to large corporations and sponsor-owned companies on various M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), recapitalizations and general debt issuance.

After his time at Deutsche Bank, Vanden Noort served two years as the Vice President of Corporate Finance at Prometheus Franchise Restaurant Holdings, a privately held franchisee.

A Wharton School of Business graduate at the University of Pennsylvania, Vanden Noort has dedicated his career to banking and corporate finance in the Florida market. He is a CFA Charterholder, having obtained the designation in 2018. Additionally, he is actively involved in various organizations in Tampa and engages in community activities.
