You are entitled to certain information about our operations and our performance under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). You may review today the public section of our most recent CRA Performance Evaluation, and a list of services provided at this branch. You may also have access to the following additional information which we make available to you at the branch within five calendar days after you make a request to us:
- Maps showing Cadence Bank’s assessment areas – the areas in which CRA performance is evaluated.
- Information about our branches in these assessment areas and any changes from the prior two years.
- A list of services we provide at those locations.
- Data on our lending performance, including:
- Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) Disclosure Statements from the prior two years.
- Current CRA Disclosure Statement from the prior two years.
- Copies of all written comments received by us that specifically relate to our CRA performance and any responses we have made to those comments.
If you would like to make a request for specific information, print and complete the “Request for Public Information” form. Submit the request to the email address on the form.
Written Comments
All written comments received from the public for the current year and each of the prior two calendar years that specifically relate to the bank’s performance in helping to meet community credit needs, and any response to the comments by the bank, if neither the comments nor the responses contain statements that reflect adversely on the good name or reputation of any persons other than the bank of publication of which would violate specific provisions of the law.

Effective January 1, 2018, the HMDA data about our residential mortgage lending are available online for review. The data show geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials.
These data are available online at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Website at: www.consumerfinance.gov/hmda beginning with calendar years 2017 forward. HMDA data for many other financial institutions are also available at this Website.
