Our new, enhanced Cadence Mobile app was launched in March with Touch ID® from Apple®.* With this new feature, you can sign in to the Cadence Mobile app quickly and securely via your touch-enabled device.**
Touch ID is not the only new feature. The new design makes it easier to navigate through the Cadence Mobile app using gestures like swipe left for account options and swipe right to open the customer menu.
User ID and Password Reset Enhancements
Remember My User ID is a new feature that allows you to save your user ID to avoid retyping it each time you load the app. And with Forgot My Password, you can reset your password from the mobile app without calling Customer Service or switching to the desktop version of Fluent.
Average Monthly Balance Chart
You can view the list of your transactions and see a chart displaying your average monthly balance -- together on the same screen.
Within each specific account listing, you can tap or swipe a 3-dot menu to go straight to Bill Pay, FlashDeposit or Transfers without added steps.
View recent deposits for an account by tapping the time symbol on the FlashDeposit screen.
Your Check History
You can see a larger view of your deposited check. Swipe from left-to-right to view your deposited checks and even see multiple checks in a grid.

If you're not already using our Cadence Mobile app, be sure to download it from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
