What is a Video Teller Machine (VTM)?
VTMs pair traditional ATM functionality with the ability to complete transactions without the need to use your debit card by speaking with a live teller on video.
What are the hours for VTMs and ATMs?
Video teller service is available Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CT and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. CT. Traditional ATM functions are available 24/7.
Can I still use a VTM as a traditional ATM?
Yes. All VTMs offer the ability to be used as traditional ATMs. Simply insert your debit card to access the ATM functions you’re already accustomed to using.
What happens if I visit a VTM when video teller service is unavailable?
If you visit a VTM during non-business hours, you will not be presented with the option to speak with a video teller. Instead, you will be prompted to insert your debit card to begin a traditional ATM transaction.
Are VTMs replacing drive-thru or in-branch service?
No. Video tellers act as an extension of the staff at your local branch. VTMs are not replacing existing service options. They are meant to enhance the services offered at your local branch or traditional ATM location.
Who can I contact if I need assistance using a VTM?
If you need assistance using a VTM, simply follow the on-screen prompts to speak with a live video teller, who will be glad to give you a tour and walk you through your first transaction.
