What is the current status?
A technical issue with a vendor impacted many companies, including Cadence Bank. The issue has been identified, and Cadence is currently working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I access my account today?
Personal Banking customers can access their account information through Online Banking or Mobile Banking. Business customers can access Commercial Center and Allegro. There may be some discrepancies with information associated with funds drawn from outside Cadence if the company has been impacted.
Can I use my debit card? Can I get cash?
You should be able to use your Cadence Bank Debit Card as you normally would. Customers can obtain cash through a Cadence ATM or LIVE Teller location.
Are Cadence Bank branches open?
Yes, all Cadence branches and LIVE Teller locations are open, but some services may be unavailable.
