Katrina King | EVP, Treasury Management Sales Manager

Industry Experience: 33+ years 
 
Katrina was named Executive Vice President of Treasury Management in March 2011 for Cadence and is responsible for all treasury management functions.  She is charged with developing talent, revenue generation, portfolio management, product management, client support services, and treasury profitability for the Cadence 6 state footprint.  Katrina also chairs the “Grow Revenue Cross-Sell Sub Committee”, to strategically create a bank culture of cross-selling through education, communication, collaboration, technology & leadership initiatives designed to drive revenue & profitability across all lines of business. During her career, she has managed sales portfolios averaging $56 million dollars in annual revenue. 
 
She also has earned her CCM certification, Series 6, 63 Investment and Group 1 licenses.  In 2008, US Banker magazine named Katrina among the “Top 25 Women to Watch” as part of their annual ranking of the Most Powerful Women in Banking.

Kacy Owsley | EVP, Treasury Management National Sales Manager, Texas Region

Kacy Owsley

Industry Experience: 21 years 

Kacy joined Cadence Bank, N.A. in April 2011 and currently manages the Houston sales team responsible for mentoring sales talent, business development, portfolio growth, client onboarding and sharing voice of the client feedback with product managers to ensure solutions remain superior in the industry.   

Kacy worked for Amegy Bank of Texas for 12 years, where multiple times she was recognized as their number one sales officer in treasury management. She has been acknowledged for her crucial development efforts, and creating a one-of-a-kind web collections product specifically tailored to exploration and production lease draft processing.  She is published in the Smart Business Magazine as well as in many consultative white papers and a new Cadence Bank eBook highlighting the benefits   of automation and integration.

Lori Johnson | SVP, Treasury Management Sales Manager. Alabama/Florida/Mississippi Regions

Industry Experience: 16  years 
 
Lori has experience working across multiple lines of business including Business Banking, Retail, and Treasury Management.  In her current role, she is responsible for managing a regional treasury management team covering FL, MS, and AL.  Her primary focus is building meaningful client relationships, sales development, and portfolio growth. She and her team consult with clients across the Specialized Industries, Commercial, Business Banking, and Wealth portfolios to create efficiencies around cash management.   
 
She is a 1999 graduate of Auburn University and received her Certified Treasury Professional designation from the Association for Financial Professionals in 2009. She is also a member of the Alabama Association for Financial Professionals and was recently featured in Business Alabama’s “Key Women in Banking”.

Myra Caldwell | EVP, Treasury Management & Deposit Operations Director

Myra Caldwell | EVP, Treasury Management & Deposit Operations Director

Industry Experience: 32 years
 
Myra joined Cadence Bank in March 2011 and currently oversees the team tasked with providing critical operational support for the bank’s commercial and business clients across its five-state footprint.     
 
Myra brings dual perspective to her current role in operations, having served on both the operations and product sides of the business during her 32-year career. Before taking on this role, she led Cadence’s Treasury Management product development team, adding more than 30 new products and product enhancements between 2010 and 2013. Myra served 17 years with Amegy Bank as a product development and strategy manager. She is a Certified Treasury Professional earned her Bank Operations Certification from the American Institute of Banking and later her Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.

Taylore Haftek | SVP, Director of Client Experience 

 

  Taylore Haftek | SVP, Director of Client Experience

Industry Experience: 11 years 

Taylore currently oversees the Treasury and Retail customer service channels. She is focused on creating a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for new and existing clients while ensuring that Cadence’s customer support units are fully trained and equipped to handle all questions and requests in a timely manner; thereby providing full Cadence support for their business.
She began her career in 2005 at BBVA Compass and was promoted to service and compliance manager for BBVA’s collection and recovery division before joining Cadence in 2013 as Vice President of Alternative Delivery.  While in this position, she created an internal support unit to assist Cadence staff and also built an Interactive Teller department that allows tellers to virtually connect with customers for banking transactions.
