Updates to File Transfer User Interface
Today, Allegro does not indicate if a file has been viewed. With this release, the system will now indicate when the file was viewed and by whom.
Additionally, markers will indicate whether a file has been viewed by the Allegro user themselves or by someone else within their company. The color-coded markers work similar to read and unread coding in web and email systems, and include:
- A dark blue marker - indicates that the file has not been downloaded by anyone in the business
- A light blue marker - indicates that the file has not yet been viewed by the logged in user, but has been viewed by someone else within the business
- No marker indicates - that the file has been viewed by the logged in user
New filter located at the top of the file browser area - allows the user to filter the files list based on whether files have been viewed by them or by others at their company. This makes it easy to find files that have not yet been viewed for download without browsing through every file. Setting these filters at any folder will display the respective matching files from that folder downward.
