Cadence Bank’s Paycheck Protection Program Loan Forgiveness Portal FAQ

1. From what email address is the invitation to Cadence Bank’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness Portal sent?

You will receive an email from <noreply@cadencebank.com> inviting you to apply for PPP loan forgiveness through Cadence Bank’s dedicated online portal.</noreply@cadencebank.com>

 

2. When does the link included within the invitation email to apply via Cadence Bank’s PPP Loan Forgiveness Portal expire?

You will be provided with a one-time use link when invited to apply for PPP loan forgiveness through the Cadence Bank PPP Loan Forgiveness Portal. This link will expire within seven days of receipt. If you do not register within that seven-day timeframe, please contact your Cadence Bank Relationship Manager to request a new invitation. We urge you to register in the portal even if you are not yet ready to apply for loan forgiveness.

 

3. What link should I use to access Cadence Bank’s PPP Loan Forgiveness Portal after my initial login?

Once you register in the portal, please use the following URL when subsequently logging in: https://cadencebankna.force.com/LFP/login. We recommend bookmarking this URL so you can easily check the status of your loan forgiveness application.

 

4. Can an invitation to Cadence Bank’s PPP Loan Forgiveness Portal be sent to more than one person at a company?

Unfortunately, no. Invitations to apply for loan forgiveness are sent only to the the primary contact and email address that was included in your PPP loan document. If you’ve updated this information since receiving your PPP loan document, that update will be reflected in our system.

 

5. How do I update the primary contact and email to be used for my invitation to Cadence Bank’s PPP Loan Forgiveness Portal?

Please contact your Cadence Bank Relationship Manager to update your primary contact and email address.

 

6. I received an error message saying: “You don’t have access to this record. Ask your administrator for help or to request access.” What should I do?

Once you have registered in the portal, you will receive an error message if you click the one-time use link that was shared with you in the email invitation. This message will read: "You don't have access to this record. Ask your administrator for help or to request access." Please note, after registering, you may access the Cadence Bank PPP Loan Forgiveness Portal with the Username and Password you established upon registration using this URL: https://cadencebankna.force.com/LFP/login.

 

7. What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password to Cadence Bank’s PPP Loan Forgiveness Portal?

Access the portal using this URL: https://cadencebankna.force.com/LFP/login. From the log in screen, click “Forgot Your Password?” You will be prompted to reset your password by entering your Username. You will then receive an email with a link to finish resetting your password. If you are still not able to log in, you’ll have an option to resend the email or you may contact your Cadence Bank Relationship Manager.
