Paycheck Protection Program Loan Forgiveness

We have appreciated the opportunity to support you through the SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). As established in the CARES Act, your PPP loan may be fully forgiven if the funds are used for payroll costs, interest on mortgages, rent and utilities. To see if you qualify for loan forgiveness, borrowers will need to submit an application before the maturity date of the loan, which is either two or five years from loan origination. While Cadence will process your PPP Loan Forgiveness application, the final loan forgiveness decision—including how much, if any, loan forgiveness will be granted—will be made by the SBA.
