  • Funds for nonprofit organizations working to respond to the COVID-19 crisis by providing access to food, healthcare and other basics needs during this challenging time. Search by state for resources and participating organizations.

 

Hello Alice COVID-19 Business for All Emergency Grant

 

  • Hello Alice is offering $10,000 grants to small business owners impacted by COVID-19 as part of their broader mission to ensure Business for All. In addition to funding, grant recipients will receive ongoing support from the Hello Alice community.

 

Southern Smoke Emergency Relief Fund

 

  • The Emergency Relief Program provides emergency funding with the commitment to “take care of our own” in the restaurant community. The funds are for those employed by or owning restaurants or bars, or employed by a restaurant or bar supplier, that are facing unforeseen expenses that are not covered by insurance.

  • First 1,000 submissions accepted.
  • In response to the COVID-19 impact on local businesses, the city of Sarasota is offering an emergency stabilization grant to independently owned and operated small businesses.

Pinellas CARES Small Business Grants

 

  • Pinellas County will share information about how to apply for the New Small Business Grant Programs, especially for those businesses that did not qualify for the first round of grants. Additionally, support will be provided to nonprofits and other organizations that have seen a spike in services due to COVID-19.

Solita's House

 

  • Solita’s House offers homeownership workshops, financial crisis counseling and intervention opportunities to help navigate the COVID-19 epidemic.

 

United Way Suncoast Rapid Response Fund

 

  • To help support individuals and families across the region who have been affected by COVID-19. The fund is intended to serve residents in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota and DeSoto counties.

  • Invest Atlanta launched a loan fund to ensure the viability of businesses in the city of Atlanta in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Restaurant Employee Relief Fund

 

  • This fund is for restaurant industry employees experiencing extraordinary hardship in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.

Greater Atlanta United Way COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund Grants

 

  • Atlanta United Way's 211 Contact Center connects families 24/7 with community-based resources. You can connect to 2-1-1 by phone, chat, email or mobile app. The COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund is a joint effort of the Greater Atlanta United Way and Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta.

  • The United Way of Central Georgia 2-1-1 connects people to the assistance they need to address everyday challenges of living as well as those that develop during times of community emergencies. They serve the 14 counties in central Georgia: Baldwin, Bibb, Crawford, Hancock, Houston, Jasper, Jones, Macon, Monroe, Peach, Putnam, Twiggs, Washington and Wilkinson.

  • Help for Mississippi residents or if you have a permanent permitted location in the state with 50 or fewer employees and have an active sales or withholding account with the Department of Revenue. The DOR will issue the payments to eligible business based on tax returns filed with the office and other information verified by other state agencies.

Brazos Valley COVID-19 Community Relief Fund

 

  • Funds are for Brazos Valley nonprofit organizations for food support, rent and utility assistance, as well as area small businesses that have experienced severe interruption due to COVID-19 to assist with payroll and rent grants.

 

Fort Bend County COVID-19 Small Business Emergency Assistance Program

Deadline: Application window open based on funds availability

 

  • The assistance program is designed to help the most vulnerable businesses remain in operation and re-open successfully through grants up to $10,000.

 

LiftFund COVID-19 Loans

 

  • LiftFund is ready to assist small businesses during this time through their special public and private partnerships. They are also offering a LiftFund COVID-19 loan to further assist small businesses.

 

Texas Small Business Emergency Micro-Grant Source

Deadline: each round is due by the end of the third week of each month

 

  • This resource is for entrepreneurs who own businesses that have suffered damage or loss beyond their control, which has presented the need for emergency funds in order to continue daily operations. To qualify the business must have been open for at least 2 years and is currently open for business, is registered with the state of Texas, and has not previously received a micro-grant from this source.

 

Trufund COVID-19 Relief Fund

 

  • To assist with operating expenses of minority- and women-owned businesses that were created prior to August 2019.

Harris County Area Agency on Aging

 

  • A resource for Harris County residents 60 years or older. They offer home-delivered and congregate meal programs, as well as their call center to provide information, referrals and assistance. Benefits counselors remain ready to assist with any questions you may have regarding Medicare and other benefits.

 

Harris County Veteran Emergency Financial Assistance

  • Assistance for veterans or their family members who reside in Harris County and can provide proof of job loss or reduced income as of March 2020.

 

Greater Houston COVID19 Recovery Fund

 

  • A joint effort between United Way of Greater Houston and the Greater Houston Community Foundation recently deployed a second round of grants to help our neighbors through the COVID-19 pandemic. The Fund provides flexible emergency financial assistance including mortgage and rent, utilities, food, medical, childcare, transportation, and other basic needs.
