Cadence Bank Provides Assistance Measures for Customers Impacted by COVID-19

ATLANTA, March 25, 2020 – Cadence Bank announced today financial assistance measures for small business and consumer customers during this pressing time surrounding novel coronavirus COVID-19. “Cadence understands that especially during these uncertain times, we must be there for our customers,” said Hank Holmes, president, Cadence Bank. “We intend to help our clients facing unexpected financial hardship as a result of the coronavirus with payment assistance options that support their financial wellbeing and the financial health of small businesses serving our communities.”

 

Cadence is committed to be a source of support during these trying times with COVID-19 assistance efforts that include:

 

  • 90-day payment deferral on small business and consumer loans and lines of credit upon request1
  • No late fees on small business or consumer loan payments2
  • Commercial Mobile Deposit $7.50 monthly fee waived for small businesses3, 4
  • As always, expanded access to no-fee ATMs via ATM networks through popular grocery and convenience stores as well as pharmacies.

 

In addition to those financial assistance measures, Cadence Bank branches are open Monday through Friday with full-service capabilities, primarily through drive-thru and by appointment to ensure the health and safety of our clients and associates and to support social distancing.

 

Furthermore, Cadence business clients operating remotely may seamlessly manage many of their banking needs via Allegro!® Business Online Banking. Cadence is also encouraging consumer clients to utilize Fluent, the bank’s 24/7 online and mobile banking platform.
