Cadence Bank Launches Newly Redesigned Mobile Banking App

ATLANTA, April 19, 2021 – Cadence Bank, a subsidiary of Cadence Bancorporation (NYSE: CADE), today announced the launch of its next-generation mobile banking app as part of its digital transformation initiative. This initiative elevates the end-user experience with a fresh, intuitive design and by introducing new capabilities that increase efficiency and transparency for commercial and consumer clients.

The redesigned Cadence Bank Mobile App features a modern interface that meets the evolving needs of today’s customers, with expanded capabilities, personalization options, and the ability to manage accounts and conduct banking transactions on the go.  

New app enhancements for commercial clients include the ability to:

Access At-A-Glance Positive Pay to easily manage action items
View and download account analysis and bank account PDF statements                                                                       
Apply personalization to fit desired preferences – from featuring action items on the home screen to sorting and hiding account listings to choosing light or dark mode
Communicate directly with Treasury Management Client Support via My Secure Message

Using the app, commercial clients can also:

Check account balances 
View real-time reporting and real-time cash positions   
Easily make commercial mobile deposits
Transfer money between company accounts at Cadence 
Initiate and approve your digital payments for ACH and wire transfers3
Decision Positive Pay exception items, enter issued or voided items, and create or modify ACH Debit filters
Monitor access via the Security Center
Receive alerts to remain in-the-know
Access the Resource Center

For consumer clients, new app enhancements include the ability to:

Apply personalization to fit desired preferences – from home screen menu favorites to left-hand toggle to light or dark mode. 
View alerts, such as when an account balance drops below a certain threshold 
Open a new account, dispute charges, send a secure message to a banker and schedule an appointment with a banker.
Receive need-to-know information pushed through News & Alerts and easily access valuable FAQ for learning and discovery. 

Consumer customers also can check account balances, make mobile deposits, move money, and send or receive person-to-person (P2P) payments through Zelle®.
