Cadence Bank Launches New and Improved Website

BIRMINGHAM/HOUSTON — Oct. 30, 2012 — Cadence Bank unveiled its redesigned website on Mon., Oct. 29, 2012, which boasts a cleaner look, greater functionality and improved navigation. These recent changes to serve to enhance the online consumer experience and are part of the bank’s ongoing commitment to continuously meet the demands of today’s astute banking customer.

“While we are delighted with the new design, our main focus is to give clients easier access to more information than ever before,” said Sarah Peterson, executive vice president, chief marketing officer. “The new website was constructed through the eyes of the consumer, providing a much more intuitive experience. We understand our clients' time is valuable, and we want to help them make the most of it.”

The new features front-end and back-end improvements to provide clients and prospective customers with better organization and more collaborative content, while also offering easy-to-use interactive tools to help them select the right financial products for their specific needs.

Additional updates include:
  • A robust search engine

  • Improved branch location search functionality

  • Automated branch locator feature to help retail and small business consumers easily locate the branch nearest them

  • Mobile-friendly site with a design specifically intended for use on mobile or tablet devices

“Our goal is to provide our clients with a best-of-class website in terms of features and functionality, while delivering measurable value to the bank,” Peterson added.

Cadence Bank clients may continue to access Online Banking as they always have, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, via their computer, mobile device or tablet.

Enhancements to will be ongoing as the bank strives to keep pace with what consumers need to make well informed decisions about their business and personal finances.
