Electronically deposit checks right from your computer. Remote Deposit Capture is an easy-to-use solution that lets you access your funds quickly and gives you greater control over your money management. A desktop scanner provided by Cadence is required in some instances. Subject to approval.
Lockbox Services
Let Cadence take over payment processing, data entry and deposit preparation. In return, you’ll see lower operating costs, improved receivables availability and improved working capital. The process is simple. Customers send their payments to your post office box. Each business day Cadence retrieves the mail and processes the payments according to your instructions. Checks can be deposited into your account, with details provided to you in the manner you request — including online access to images of the payment documents and payment information through Allegro!℠.
ACH Concentration
Minimize idle balances from multiple financial institutions by marrying the safety and convenience of local deposit accounts with the benefits of consolidated funds.
Pre-Authorized Debits
Help your customers with timely, guaranteed on-time payments. With your customer’s approval, the ACH Pre-Authorized Debit program collects recurring payments automatically from their account, and deposits the payment into your Cadence Bank account.
Zero Balance Accounts (ZBA)
ZBA lets you eliminate the practice of carrying idle balances or having to manually transfer funds with a series of accounts that maintain a zero balance. At the close of each business day, your ZBA deposit balances are moved automatically into your concentration account to manage your funds more wisely and maximize the use of your investable balance.
Deposit Reconciliation
Your business can maintain a single account where multiple locations make their deposits. A single report or data transmission segregates the activity of each location to help you manage your accounting.
