Keep strong controls around transaction and information risk internally by customizing access to specific transaction types or reports based on an employee’s job responsibilities. The ability to run reports to monitor access and site usage provides a reliable audit tool.
We use the latest security and encryption technologies to protect your financial data. The Allegro! log-in process provides customized images to prevent phishing attacks, plus industry-leading malware and fictitious website protection provided by Trusteer’s Rapport.
Users will be asked to change their passwords — stronger, harder to defeat passwords — regularly.
For the final layer of safety, we will provide company-issued tokens from RSA for use at the transaction level.

Our customer service strategy is built around the Allegro! portal — single log on, single customer care. One customer support group will own your question and get an answer for you without bouncing you from one representative to another.
We also provide support tools such as Online Help for each service, including user guides and telephone-based technical support from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST, Monday — Friday.
