Cadence Bank Code of Conduct
Cadence Bank is dedicated to maintaining a safe, open, honest and ethical work environment for all associates.
To help associates understand our expectations and to spell out our standards clearly, we have established a Code of Conduct that explicitly states our mandates for honesty and integrity in everything we do. All Cadence Bank associates are expected to adhere to this Code of Conduct.
- Honesty and candor are required in all activities, and we expect our associates to observe the spirit as well as the letter of the law.
- Associates are required to conduct their personal affairs in a way that avoids conflict, or even the appearance of conflict, between the associate’s self-interest and his or her duty to Cadence Bank, its customers and its shareholders.
- Confidentiality of information we obtain in the course of business must be maintained under all circumstances.
- To maintain our reputation, associates cannot, directly or indirectly, use their position for private gain, to advance personal interests, or to obtain favors or benefits for themselves, members of their family or any other person.
The Cadence Bank Code of Conduct details the high standards expected of every associate, as well as the ramifications for unacceptable behavior.
